No, RazorBot doesn't write emails. However, there are a few ways we can help you write effective emails that get response.

1. We have set up an article bank that contains 30 articles that you can use to save time in writing emails.

2. You can post your emails in the Razor Forum and get feedback and critiques from our experienced staff and fellow RazorBot users.

Do I need a website to use RazorBot?

No, you don’t need a website.

RazorBot allows you to send out email follow ups and broadcasts without having to own a website. There are two ways to get your prospects’ emails into your mailing list without using a website:

1. Add your client/prospects’ emails manually into the RazorBot system

2. Your prospects can email to your unique RazorBot email address

If you have a website, you can easily set up an email submission form on your site which will help you build your list automatically.

Do I need any technical skills or knowledge?

No, you don’t. RazorBot is extremely user-friendly. It is built specifically for non-technical people. If you know how to point and click, you should be able to use RazorBot.

Why can't I use free email services like Hotmail and Yahoo Mail?

You CANNOT use software programs like Microsoft Outlook, Eudora or free email services like Hotmail or Yahoo Mail for marketing purposes.

Here are some problems with these free software and services:

1. They don’t have sequential email follow ups features. You’ll have to manually follow up on your prospects. And that takes your time away from doing more productive tasks.

2. When you send an email broadcast to over 100 emails, your computer may crash and you may lose all the data in your hard disk. Losing your data is a risk that you definitely do not want to take.

3. They can't personalize your emails when you mass mail to your list. This is a very important feature. Prospects are more likely to open and read emails that are addressed to them personally. If your prospects aren’t reading your emails, how can you generate sales?
